Akili Gemina is a Philadelphia-based painter and sculptor.

These works were made to challenge our current idea of the material world with tiny but surreal dreamscapes. Clay, moss, wood and other natural materials are paired with acrylic paint to create palm-sized worlds that exist outside of time and space. Enjoy.
